Founded in 1999 as the principal management company for NNC Apartment Ventures, Fusion PMC LLC is focused on core, urban assets in California and Arizona with an emphasis on small to mid sized properties. The firm is licensed in both Arizona and California and currently manages assets with a total value of five hundred million dollars. Currently, Fusion PMC manages all of NNC Apartment Ventures' Assets.  The primary office for Fusion is located in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach.

ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Jana L. Nunn, President of Fusion PMC, is an Arizona real estate broker and has been active in property management for over 34 years. She has worked for several well known companies notably Real Estate Investment Trust of California where she started its southwest management office and BRE (NYSE) where she managed several regions. Twice recognized as Regional Manager of the Year, she played a key role in the asset management organization from its formation in 1995 to 1998. Ms. Nunn is a member of the California Apartment Association, the Los Angeles Apartment Association, the Orange County Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire.  Additionally, she is an active member of Women President's Organization (WPO) and is Chairman of the Board for Strive-LA; a non-for-profit helping kids in the inner city.

Jana Nunn has managed the NNC portfolio since the inception of the company.  Jana is a licensed real estate broker and has been active in property management in the Western United States since 1985.  Jana leads a fully integrated property management company with its primary office in downtown Los Angeles. In addition to property management, Fusion PMC offers construction services for the renovation of apartment assets and has renovated over $250 million in apartment communities since 2004.
